6 - 12 MONTH MENTORSHIP PROGRAM ($2,000 - $4,000)

THE PROGRAM

Have you ever felt the need for a conversation that offers more than encouragement, one that provides direction? Someone with whom you can test your ideas, re-examine a series in progress, and receive a clear assessment of where you truly stand? Someone who recognizes your strengths while also identifying what requires discipline and further development?

Sashko does not offer comfort alone, but an engaged and thoughtful critique. Mentorship here is not a casual consultation; it is a working relationship grounded in artistic growth. The focus is on your position as an author: how you think, how you see, how you construct meaning within a body of work. This is a space to clarify your vision, deepen your ideas, and receive feedback that carries weight.

HOW IT WORKS

The process begins with a careful review of your current portfolio or series. We examine formal decisions, conceptual clarity, and the coherence of your visual language. We speak about where you are now, how you arrived there, and where you intend to move next. The essential question is not what appears successful, but what is meaningful and structurally sound.

Sessions take place one-on-one, either in person or online, with continuity that allows sustained development. You will receive direct critique, thoughtfully designed assignments, and specific guidance aligned with your stage of growth. The intention is not to impose a style, but to help you articulate a distinct artistic position.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This mentorship adapts to your rhythm, your professional ambitions, and your intellectual concerns. Sashko works with you on articulation: how to formulate your position, understand your role within your work, and situate your practice within a broader cultural context without compromising its integrity.

We also address written clarity, artist statements, conceptual framing, and professional presentation without resorting to promotional language that weakens substance. The aim is to position your work thoughtfully, not to reduce it.

Mentorship here provides a structure through which you can perceive your direction with greater precision. It does not promise instant success; it cultivates authorship and confidence grounded in understanding.

This is an investment in your development as an artist, serious in intention, but deeply supportive in practice. If you are ready to deepen your work, this is the next step.

Standard Mentorship - 3 sessions per month, 6–12 months.

Intensive Mentorship – 4 sessions per month – 3–6 months

6 ONE-HOUR PORTFOLIO REVIEW AND COACHING ($200.00)

THE ONE-HOUR SESSION

Sometimes you do not need a long-term process, but a concentrated conversation that clears the fog. A voice that does not offer automatic encouragement, but a precise and grounded assessment. If you are seeking clarity about a work-in-progress series or a portfolio you are re-evaluating, this one-hour session is designed for that exact purpose.

Sashko does not provide surface-level critique, but a focused analysis. Within one hour, you will work intensively and directly toward clarity, direction, and a concrete next step. This is a condensed form of mentorship: brief, serious, in-depth.

HOW IT WORKS

The session begins with a careful review of your current work, whether a single series or a broader portfolio selection. The evaluation is honest and structured, addressing formal decisions, conceptual coherence, and the consistency of your visual language.

Together, you will identify strengths as well as areas where the work loses precision. The goal is to define practical next steps, technical, conceptual, or strategic. This hour is not for abstract discussion, but for focused engagement with what is most relevant to your artistic development.

The session may take place in person or online. Feedback is direct, actionable, and tailored to your specific context. You will leave with greater clarity and a more defined sense of direction.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

What distinguishes this session is the ability to quickly identify the core structure of your creative process. Rather than general advice, you receive insight into how your work functions, what it builds, where it succeeds, and where it weakens.

The conversation may also address articulation: how to frame your artistic position, how to understand the narrative you are constructing, and how to present your work without reducing it to marketing language.

This is not a motivational talk. It is an intellectual intervention at the right moment.

One hour can be enough to see your work with new precision. Sometimes that clarity is the catalyst you have been waiting for.
